Wedding Reception Venues

Large or small, casual or grand, we at Copper Gables are committed to helping make your wedding day dreams come true. Our venue rate includes everything you need for your wedding day... including a great room with a custom stone fireplace for lounging, full bride and groom suites, a fully landscaped outdoor courtyard, a huge covered deck, catering kitchen, and 25ft timber & beam ceilings. Also included are 200 gorgeous wooden cross-back chairs , farmhouse style tables, round tables, floor length white linens, and full setup &clean up of your event! We have an open vendor policy which means you can bring in any vendor you like for catering, DJ, photography, and other services.

All venue packages include the following:

60' x 80' two story barn

One Hour Rehearsal (the week prior to the event)

Custom Sign at the Entry (includes couples name and wedding date )

20 Crystal Chandeliers and 3 Wagon Wheel Lights (all on dimmers)

Set up & Tear Down Service (tables & chair setup, ceremony to reception transition)

Venue Clean Up & Waste Service  (a dumpster is maintained onsite)

200 Wooden Cross-back Chairs

(16)  72" Round Banquet Tables (seats 10-12 guests each - linens are included for round tables only)

(8)  8' Wooden Farmhouse Style Tables (seats 8 each...great for the head table)

(4)    6' Banquet Tables

(3)   Vintage Painted Buffets for Gifts, Desserts and/or Drinks

(6)   Decorative Wine Barrels

Saturday Wedding Venue Hours -  10am - 12am (music ending at 11pm)

Sunday Wedding Venue Hours - 11am - 11pm (music ending at 10pm)

Weekday Wedding Venue Hours - 11am - 11pm (music ending at 10pm)

 Micro Weddings - 12pm - 10pm 

Micro Weddings

Our micro-weddings are meant as an intimate celebration with family and
friends....a beautiful cross between an elopement and a big, traditional wedding.
This package includes all of our standard wedding amenities along with:
An officiant
Fresh flower bouquet for the bride
Fresh flower boutonniere for the groom
Two layer cutting cake (your choice of style and flavor)
Full catering of dinner and dessert
Full setup of gold chargers, gold lined plates, napkins,
silverware and glassware
Lemon-lime & rosemary water for guests
A bartender
Music and dancing with our blue-tooth enabled jukebox
(or bring in your own DJ)
All set up & Cleanup

 

Micro-weddings are priced for 40 guests. Additional guests are $45 per person
with a max of 100 guests. **Alcohol is not included**
Florals and cake can be upgraded/customized
A catering menu of choices will be provided and can be customized
Bartender will be available for 4 hours.
