Service Description

Includes use of lower floor only - with built in farmhouse tables and bench seating. Up to 100 guests. Included amenities are restrooms, kitchen, gift tables, wine barrels, etc. 6 hour time block - this includes both setup and clean up time. Banquet permit from the State is required for alcohol ($10). Self clean up is required - there is a refundable $100 damage deposit.
