Service Description

Includes use of lower floor only - with built in farmhouse tables and bench seating for 100 guests. Also includes use of restrooms, kitchen, great room with stone fireplace, gift tables, wine barrels, etc. 6 hour time block - this includes both setup and cleanup time. A banquet permit from the State is required for any alcohol ($10). Self clean up is required - there is an additional refundable $100 damage deposit required.
