What do we need to arrange for bar service at Copper Gables Barn?

You'll need to arrange a licensed and insured bartender and obtain a banquet permit for alcohol service. The built-in bar infrastructure is included with your venue rental. We operate with an open vendor policy and share our preferred vendor list when you book.

Can we use the dance floor for our wedding reception?

Yes. The large wooden dance floor is a permanently built-in feature included with your venue rental. The solid wood construction and permanent installation mean you don't need to worry about rental panels, connections, or stability during your reception. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests indoors.

What reception hours are available at Copper Gables Barn?

Saturday weddings run from 10 am to midnight with music ending at 11 pm. Sunday and weekday weddings run from 11 am to 11 pm with music ending at 10 pm. These timeframes give you substantial hours for dancing and celebration on the permanent wooden dance floor.
