Service Description

Includes use of lower floor with built in farmhouse tables and bench seating. Up to 150 guests. Included amenities are restrooms, kitchen, great room with stone fireplace, gift tables, wine barrels, etc. 8 hour time block. Banquet permit from the State is required for alcohol ($10). Self clean up is required - there is a refundable $100 damage deposit. This package is not available for weddings or wedding receptions.
